Donate to your local food bank
Just recently, I was informed that our local food pantry was completely out of stock of general goods. At the same time, I was told that the local food bank was struggling to keep up with demand — with local supermarkets cutting back on their actual donations.
If this is any indication of the times we are in, if you can, donate to your local food bank. There’s a good chance they need all the help they can get.
